M&S Transport

A Project Isn’t Complete Until It’s Delivered

We understand the commercial reality of business today. The competitive landscape has never been tighter, supply chains are strained and availability of goods cannot be guaranteed. Mistakes in the final mile of delivery of goods can be catastrophic to project goals, penalties incurred, and ultimately customer retention.

It has never been more important to be partnered with a logistics provider who understands the importance of planning, communication and strong relationships.

We see our business as an extension of yours. It is our responsibility to deliver on your project exactly as planned, and communicate frequently to all members involved in the project, from designers and engineers through to the end receiver.

We will plan, manage, and execute your project to deliver you peace of mind.

We have direct priority access to 2,500 vehicles, including trucks, trailers, cranes, HIAB’s, side-loaders. We have over 50,000 m2 of flexible warehousing in all capital cities, and our team of dedicated logistics experts can manage your project from the moment it clears customs here in Australia to its final delivery point.

Our project mapping, route and fatigue management plans, safety documentation, loading and unloading procedures, GPS tracking and daily updates will ensure smooth delivery so your project is completed on time, every time.

Project management excellence.

Strategic logistics and specialised transport operations require a very special skill set, and of all our assets, intellectual capital is the most important.

The M&S Team, from executive management down, bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in complex transport projects. We know the parts and products, we know how to transport and store them safely, and we understand acutely how important the final mile delivery is to achieving and exceeding expectations.

This translates into repeat business, increased sales and enhanced future opportunities.

The M&S team boasts more than 40 years of experience, including our involvement with landmark developments including Parliament House, the MCG, the Sydney Opera House, Optus Stadium, and hundreds of hospitals, power stations and substations and renewables projects.

We drive project management efficiencies by liaising with multiple stakeholders, offering one single point of contact for delivery and distribution management.
