Over the years we have assisted with deliveries for store refurbishments, commercial fit outs and even full store stock replenishments when moving in to new sites.
But when UAP Projects rang and asked if we had the capability to deliver a new, one of a kind, specially constructed roof for Eastland Shopping Centre, that was a first.
Constructed in Brisbane, we utilised a fleet of open semi trailer to move the roof in many oversized pieces. Travelling in several convoys, under the watchful eye of pilots and restricted to daylight travel, we arrived in Melbourne, staged the units at our Melbourne warehouse and then delivered to site on a very tight schedule, co-ordinating cranes, trades and the notorious Melbourne winter weather.
The outcome is simply breathtaking.
