There is a lot to organise with events and exhibitions. We start early, planning your event to the minute detail. Staff are pre-inducted, time-slots are booked, all freight is staged in our warehouse, photographed pre-departure, labelled and ready to go.
On event day we will be there early, co-ordinate with your team and ensure that everything logistically runs like clockwork. We can even take away and store your empty pallets, road cases and other materials for off-site storage during the show, eliminating any risk of loss or theft at the event.
When bumping out our team will get everything loaded and back to our warehouse at which point photographs will be taken to show proof of condition and receipt, and your goods return to storage ready for the next event.
