We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager and National Business Development Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts while also driving business growth through strategic development and expansion efforts on a national level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in account management and business development, preferably on a national scale.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
